Bob Klein Death, Obituary, Sanford Ambulance

Paramedic Bob Klein passed away on February 9, 2026, at Sanford Medical Center Fargo, surrounded by family and friends. Mr. Klein’s distinguished career in emergency medical services spanned nearly four decades and was marked by a strong dedication to patient care and professional education. Born in Langdon, North Dakota, he became an EMT in 1987 and earned his paramedic license in 1995.

He later served as Director of the Langdon Ambulance Service before joining F M Ambulance in Fargo, where he held leadership roles including Liaison Coordinator and Lead Educator. Through these positions, he mentored and trained countless EMS providers.

His contributions were recognized through numerous professional honors, including the American Ambulance Association Star of Life Award. Mr. Klein is survived by his wife, Margaret, and is deeply missed by his colleagues, students, and the EMS community. Funeral arrangements are pending.
